Who we are
This website is operated by Kantan Solutions Group Ltd., a company registered in New Brunswick, Canada. For anything in this policy you can reach us at hello@kantangroup.com. This policy covers the kantangroup.com website only. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy: MotoMaint and ShopAlong.
What this website collects
Nothing that identifies you. These pages are static files. There are no cookies, no analytics or measurement scripts, no advertising or social media trackers, no embedded third-party content, and no accounts to create.
Server logs
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare's servers record technical information about requests — typically the IP address making the request, the time, the page requested, and the browser's user agent string. This happens at the infrastructure level and is used to serve the site, keep it available, and protect it from abuse.
We do not use these logs to build a profile of you, we do not combine them with other information, and we do not use them for marketing. Cloudflare processes this data as our hosting provider, under its own terms.
If you email us
When you write to us, we receive whatever you choose to include — your email address, your name if you sign it, and the content of your message. We use that only to reply to you and to help with whatever you wrote to us about.
Correspondence is kept in our email system for as long as it is useful for the business relationship or as long as we are required to keep records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we never do
- We do not sell personal information, and we never have.
- We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you emailed us once.
Your rights
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and to withdraw consent to our use of it. Write to hello@kantangroup.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. If the change is significant, we will say what changed rather than quietly replacing the text.
